I tried buying btc from Xcoins and got charged right before they asked me for my SSN and ID. I ended up having to cancel it through customer support. They advertise themselves as a exchange you can buy up to 150$ worth of BTC without KYC. I talked to customer support and they said they would give me a refund but im not sure ill ever get my refund honestly. Does anyone have prior experience with this exchange?
