Help what’s wrong 1129 confirmations btc stuck? (Reddit Bitcoin)

Hi it’s been days so I sent some btc from one wallet to another and the btc actually shows in my transactions in said wallet but the actual funds were never added and it’s grey while other transactions that went through are black. I’ve checked the btc address dozens of times and even sent another transaction to check and it went through all the way. And it says it’s been confirmed over 1129 times but it’s just grey and stuck in my wallet. I’ve tried contacting the Cash app and trust wallet but neither have been a help all they do is say it’s on the blockchain but it’s the funds are not in my wallet even though I can see the transaction.
