So I see Blackrock buying so many BTCs since ETF approval but price is falling ? (Reddit Bitcoin)

I hold some BTC (in no hurry to sell) but just curious to know whats the correlation here

1) BTC ETF gets approved

2) Blackrock and others buying so many BTCs (last I read they bought 11K BTCs)

3) BTC price starts falling

4) I also read smwhere 15% miners have shutdown to conserve electricity for winters ?
