Long time UK investor (Reddit Bitcoin)

As the title states I’ve been a UK based investor since approx. 2018. I’ve always found it easy buying off exchanges, well that was until recently. After seeing a thread on here or r/cryptocurrency about the test on Coinbase you have to take before trading , I didn’t thing anything of it until I failed it 3 times and got locked out for 24 hours. I then downloaded Gemini and filled all relevant information and attempted to buy only to be told I need to verify my bank account. Long sort short does anyone recommend exchanges that don’t make you jump through an absurd amount of hoops to invest?
